Always report theft or loss always directly to us and as soon as possible. If you are insured your insurance will pay the damage. If you are not insured and Allrent ICT Solutions can get compensation for the damage or loss of equipment, the damage will be covered by our insurance. If neither of these options are possible, the damage will be invoiced to the customer.
Only if there are traces of breaking and entering. In all cases however, please ensure that you contact the police directly as we require the police report.
If your company is less than 5 years our financial department will need a proof of registration with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. Allrent reserves the right to charge new customers a deposit amounting value of the rented equipment or a portion thereof. At the end of the rental period the deposit minus the rental fee will be returned. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.

If your company is older than five years and your company passes a credit check, you will be able to rent from us without having to pay a security deposit.
Unfortunately, we only rent to companies and institutions.
You may arrange your own transport but AllRent ICT Solutions has its own logistics service that takes care of the delivery and installation of all our equipment. Some items, like large LED screens may only be transported in specifically designed flight-cases which need a larger vehicle for transportation.
We rent working solutions and deliver ICT always turn-key, so you can get started right away. Unpacked, installed and tested. And possibly connected to your network or to the internet.
Yes, we do deliver to foreign countries, mostly within the EU but we have often supplied equipment outside of the EU. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
We can install custom software if it is made available by the customer, any license fees will be invoiced to the customer. Allrent ICT Solutions can not take any responsibility for 3rd party software and can not be held liable for any damage or inconvenience caused by 3rd party software or for the functionality of afore mentioned software.
AllRent ICT Solutions is a rental company. In exceptional cases it is possible to purchase the rented equipment or equipment that is being withdrawn from our product range. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the purchase of ex-rental equipment.
Yes, this is possible but only at our office and only on appointment. In some cases it is also possible to view equipment on-site at one of our clients, again, only on appointment.
No, a quotation is purely a proposal for the rental of equipment or services. A quotation should always be signed and returned to us. Only when signed does a quotation becomes binding.
