So you, as a customer, will always benefit from our years of experience and that will be reflected in our way of working:
The first point of contact for you as our customer is our Service & Sales Department. You can request a quotation via our website, by mail or by telephone. After we have reviewed your request, we will send you a quotation.
If you agree with our quotation, you need to sign and return it to us. As soon as we have received confirmation of the acceptance of our quotation, we will start preparing your order and will often be able to deliver the desired ICT equipment within a few hours to the required location.
We rent only A-brand equipment such as Apple, Samsung, HP, Ruckus and the like. Our equipment is available from stock and will be picked with care by our technical department who will test and prepare the equipment for delivery as required.
You may arrange your own transport and pick up the goods at our offices but AllRent ICT Solutions has its own logistics service that, in most cases, takes care of the delivery and installation of all our equipment. Some items, like large LED screens may only be transported in specifically designed flight-cases which need a larger vehicle for transportation.
At the end of the rental period, the equipment will be picked up by our logistics service again and completely ‘wiped’ so that your confidential information remains inaccessible to anyone.
